we’ve had tough years in the past, 
we’re in a tough position now, 
and will have many more tough years in the future

but i believe indonesia will survive, 
we will continue to face adversity head on, 
with heads held high

we have done so in the past, 
we will do so now, 
and will continue to do so in the future

for we are one country, 
one nation,
one people, 
undivided.
